Majesco, a global leader in AI-native insurance and retirement software, today announced the success of Frontier 2026, its annual customer conference, held October 12-14 in New Orleans. More than 500 customers, partners, industry analysts and leaders attended with more than 1,000 viewers livestreaming the main sessions.
Frontier 2026 focused on the challenges our customers are facing today, from modernizing legacy systems to putting intelligence to work in ways that deliver measurable value. Customer perspectives, expert insights and practical sessions gave attendees a forum to compare experiences and identify next steps.
“Frontier firms aren’t built by technology alone. They’re built by people ready to lead with it,” says Adam Elster, CEO of Majesco. “Frontier 2026 brought people together to work through real challenges and leave with a plan. The conversations were candid, energized, and focused on what comes next. We’re so grateful to every customer, partner and industry leader who joined us, and we’re committed to turning what we heard into action.”
Opening keynotes from Zack Kass, former Head of GTM at OpenAI, and Majesco’s executive team shared the company’s strategy and the innovations in its Fall ‘26 release, Rise to the Frontier. The release advances Majesco’s Intelligent Core across P&C, LA&H, and Retirement & Pension. It introduces Immersive AI, a redesigned experience that brings AI agents into core workflows to work alongside people. Agents can surface context, recommend next steps and handle routine work within guardrails, while people remain in control of judgment and decisions.
“What struck me most at the Majesco Frontier Customer Summit was the thread. Every session connected, from theory to vision to practical reality,” says Sabine VanderLinden, CEO at Alchemy Crew Ventures. “We watched a core platform being reinvented and redesigned so agents support the human in the lead. That is true collaboration, and it hands experts and leaders across the enterprise a new kind of responsibility. The frontier is no longer a concept. It is a working model.”
Majesco’s Technical Campground brought the release to life through 250 personalized experiences, with attendees exploring new capabilities alongside Majesco experts. Live Labs, Chart Your AI Journey and Unified Acceleration Zone experiences all sold out. Attendees built their own agenda, mixing advisory sessions, technical deep dives, and strategy workshops on topics from analytics and intelligent agents to predictive modeling and risk management. In every session, customers worked directly with Majesco specialists to test-drive new capabilities and left with action plans and road maps to take back to their teams.
“Majesco Frontier was a great opportunity to see the innovation and new capabilities Majesco is bringing forward and to have deeper conversations about how we can apply AI in meaningful ways at Boston Mutual Life,” says Jennifer King, VP, AI and Operational Efficiency at Boston Mutual Life. “The panel discussions featuring perspectives from other carriers and industry experts, along with connecting with peers to share experiences and ideas, provided valuable insights and a broader view of the opportunities and challenges facing our industry. What stood out to me was Majesco’s focus on innovation designed to help us better serve our employees and customers. I left with new ideas, valuable connections, and plenty to think about as we look ahead. Two days very well spent!”
Majesco was thrilled to welcome Deloitte as the event’s platinum sponsor. Both companies share a commitment to helping organizations modernize core systems and put intelligence to work, combining Majesco’s platform with Deloitte’s transformation and implementation expertise.
Majesco also welcomed solution partners whose demonstrations and conversations helped attendees explore the broader ecosystem around the platform. Their solutions extend what’s possible on the Majesco platform, and attendees came ready to explore.
“I loved how Frontier worked to bring together clients, Majesco team members, industry partners and experts into one conversation about how to create the future of insurance,” says Tracy Borreson, Director, Partners & Alliances at SPLICE Software. “It was so amazing to hear all the different perspectives, and I have no doubt that we all took away more than what we came with.”
“This was our first time at the Frontier event, and it will not be our last! The setup was perfect for vendors to interact with attendees in a low-pressure atmosphere,” added Zac Franz, Director of Partner Management at ePay. “We had fantastic conversations and felt that attendees were genuinely interested in seeing what vendors Majesco had invited that could add value to their business.”
“We really enjoyed being part of Majesco Frontier this year. They did a great job bringing together a thoughtful, selected group of partners across different categories, without overwhelming the event with vendors,” says McKenzie Warren, Enterprise Account Executive at Kyber. “It was a great opportunity to connect with attendees, and we had some promising conversations throughout the event. It was clear how much thought went into organizing everything, and we’d love to return next year.”
